The Northern Virginia Criminal Justice Training Academy’s eLearning program is designed to enhance training opportunities for its member agency officers, deputies, and civilian staff by offering courses that are available online. Our eLearning training capabilities will save the member agencies time, money and resources while still meeting the needs of our sworn and non-sworn staff. All eLearning courses are available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, allowing for flexible access.
After successful completion of a course, the Academy will be notified and students will be awarded credit hours toward their in-service training requirements. Students must complete the entire course in order to receive in-service credit. No credit will be awarded for partial completion of a course. Any student who experiences difficulty with eLearning training should contact the in-service coordinator who is handling that particular course.
Notify your agency Training Officer when you register for an online course.
Please continue to check this page for new course offerings as we continue to develop our eLearning curriculum.
