This class will introduce students to concepts of functional fitness as it relates to law enforcement. Students will be introduced to various training modalities to enhance their physical capabilities across a wide spectrum of demands. Emphasis will be placed on correct form for exercises. Class format will include lecture, practical exercises and one workout. Training principles will include CrossFit ideology, Parkour movements and endurance training. This class is open to ALL FITNESS LEVELS. All movements, exercises and workouts are scalable to meet any level of conditioning.
