The course is conducted with strong orientation toward human resource management skills (leadership, motivation, communications, etc.), technical supervisory issues (performance evaluation, supervisory liability, conflict resolution, etc.) and operational issues (incident command system, documenting and conducting investigations, etc.). This new intensified curriculum reflects concentration in areas to help supervisors meet the most current challenges in law enforcement.
