In-Service Training Calendar

 In-Service Classes are 0700-1530 hrs unless otherwise noted

Tips for using the calendar:

You may change the view of the calendar between a traditional "grid" form or a list by clicking the view icons.

Use the Search function to find courses by typing in key words.

In Calendar View to see courses in a specific month, select the year, then the month, from the drop down lists.

In List View enter the date to see classes from that date forward.   

If you wish to see classes containing one of the following subjects, Legal, Cultural Diversity or Leadership, select one of those categories from the drop down menu in the top left hand corner of the calendar.

Every day law enforcement officials across the Country come under scrutiny for the improper actions of few.  Public trust is critical in all law enforcement agencies and must be constantly be maintained.   This workshop focuses on the value and influence of the ethical leader and reveals the perceptions and outcomes caused by the few who elect to comprise their position. Attendees will: 

• Describe an Ethical Leader
• Experience Professional Interactions, and Describe the Related Impacts and Outcomes
• List the Core Elements of the Office of Government Ethics
• Identify Potential Conflicts of Interest in LE
• Relate Impartiality in Performing LE Duties
• Analyze Case Studies of LE Situations that have Resulted in Conflict
• Illustrate an Example of Customer Dissatisfaction Stemming from Employee Language or Delivery
• State a Misuse of Position
