Americans admit to feeling more stressed out and unstable than ever before, which presents increasing challenges for law enforcement’s day-to-day interactions with the public. This advanced policing course introduces officers to the tactical power tool of Emotional Intelligence. Lessons will introduce the four levels of Emotional Intelligence and the skills needed to practice and master each.
