About the course
This three-day course aims to transform traditional, aggressive police interview techniques. Participants
will learn the Empathetic Interview Strategy, employing Pinnacle TCI’s HELP ME TRUST approach. What
sets this course apart is that our instructors are seasoned law enforcement professionals with decades of
experience who share their own interview footage throughout the sessions. Unlike most classes that rely
on well-known YouTube videos of cases with established outcomes, Pinnacle TCI focuses on real, relevant
examples from active practitioners.
